If your heating system has ever stopped working in the wintertime, you know how important it is to get it back on as soon as possible.

No one wants to be left in the cold in their own home, and our technicians can work quickly in emergency situations such as these to restore heat and get your home back to a comfortable temperature.

Our company is a full-service, licensed heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractor based right here in the Bay Area. We have helped countless families in Pittsburg and the surrounding areas stay comfortable all year long with professional HVAC system installation, repair, maintenance and replacement.

When our teams are called to a home with no heat in the winter, we understand how important it is to not only do good work, but do it quickly to get the heat back on.

It’s our goal to diagnose the problem and let the homeowner know exactly what it will take to make a repair, make an estimation on how long the repair will take and explain the cost of repair vs. replacement so they can make a decision which works best for their situation.

In some cases, replacing a heating unit is inevitable. When this happens, our installation team is well-equipped to handle the task.

Heating units can last between 15 – 20 years when properly maintained, but when it’s time for replacement our team handles everything. We disconnect and remove the old unit and clean the area before installing a new system.

Once installed, we hook the new heater up to the ductwork and ensure everything works perfectly, and then explain any nuances to operating the system to the homeowner.

If repairs are possible rather than installation, our goal is to help the customer make the best decision for their home and budget. While installing a new unit might be more costly up front, it also will be more efficient and lead to lower power bills.

In many instances, though, it does make sense to repair the unit. Especially if it’s under 10 years old and the issue is isolated to one part of the unit.

When performing repairs, our team can handle a few common issues relatively easily and will do our best to save the client money where possible.

Furnaces don’t always light due to problems with the igniter or the sensor, so if your pilot light won’t come on we can usually make those repairs easily. Other common issues we often repair on heating systems include unblocking or cleaning ducts, repairing electrical issues, or stopping water leaks.

Looking to prevent a heating system malfunction before it happens? Obviously we can’t prevent every issue, especially for older units, but we do offer periodic maintenance service for heating units in many homes in the Bay Area.

These check-ins for your unit can greatly extend its useful life and hopefully solve issues before they become big problems.

If you have any heating issues, please give us a call today and we will be happy to help return your home to a comfortable temperature.
