REPLACE AIR FILTERS

CHECK THERMOSTAT
The thermostat is the brain of your AC system, so it makes sense that if it isn’t working correctly, neither is your AC. First, check whether the batteries need to be replaced and if the settings are accurate. Also, ensure the thermostat is in the right setting for heating and cooling.
INSPECT DRAIN LINES & PAN
It is crucial to the health of your unit to ensure the condensate line and pan are properly draining. If these become clogged, it will cause serious damage to your AC unit. Check the drain lines and pan for debris if you notice any water around your unit. To clean the pan, remove it and rinse it. Our team members will help you with this maintenance. CLEAN EVAPORATOR & CONDENSOR COILS

You should clean your coils at least once a year to ensure optimal performance. Our technicians will help clean your coils and get your AC unit to work like new. INSPECT ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS & WIRING
The electrical components of an AC unit include: the condenser, compressor, evaporator, the blower motor. All of these components are located within the AC unit itself. Therefore, inspecting them regularly is important to ensure they’re in good working condition and aren’t overheating. The wiring of an AC unit should also be inspected regularly. It is because the wiring will become frayed or damaged over time, which will cause problems with the AC unit’s performance. So our team offers to inspect your AC unit’s electrical components and wiring to ensure they’re in good working condition.
